Spiritually

As a volunteer in NaplesCoffee, you reflect the church and people will begin to recognize you as someone who serves in the church. Therefore it is our responsibility to steer our actions in such a way that they are an example to others. As part of the ministry happening within our church, we must continue to grow in our walk with God.

Whenever possible, those working in the coffee shop will alternate going into the services on Sundays and workers on Wednesday should watch and listen to the service in the lobby. Service days that you are not scheduled are not days off from church for us. While I know it may not be possible to be at every service throughout the month, effort must be made to attend regularly even when not serving.

By making the decision to help in NaplesCoffee you not only joined a team, you became part of a family. Every family has its ups and downs, it’s own frustrations, we however decide to overlook these and resolve them with each other. Every time you walk behind the counter it should be as comfortable as going home and as welcoming as a family dinner. The coffee shop is a fun environment to work in and it is our job to keep the environment friendly and welcoming for our guests and each other. As a church, a team, and a family we not only work together but we live life together and the friendships made here will last a lifetime as long as we all guard our attitudes and our actions.
