Scheduling

We require everyone to serve at least twice a month. We will do our best to work around your schedule.

Physically

Working in NaplesCoffee can be physically demanding and requires you to be able to stand for up to 5.5 hours. You may also be required to move heavier inventory to restock. If you unable to do this, please let us know and we will help you find an area to plug you into that better fits your needs.

Consistency and Excellence

While working in NaplesCoffee, you will be required to produce a consistent and excellent cup of coffee, every time. Our training will equip you with the skill and tools to do this, but the diligence to accomplish excellence must come from you.

Mentally

You will be required to commit the procedures, drinks, and operations to memory. You will also be required to keep your cool when there are rushes between services. Having procedures and drinks memorized will help you to be confident while rushed and ensure that drinks are consistent while keeping your sanity intact.
